These terms apply when you order from Memo's Taco Shop - Auburn, NE ("we", "us") on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. This website is run for us by our online ordering provider.

Your order

Placing an order sends it to our kitchen, and it is confirmed when we accept it. We may decline an order — for example, when an item has run out.

Placing an order puts a hold on the card; your card is charged when the restaurant confirms.

If we decline your order, or don't accept it in time, the hold is released and you are not charged. Either way, we tell you by email.

Your confirmation and order updates go to the email address you give us.

Prices, tax and fees

Prices are shown on the menu, and sales tax is added at checkout. Online orders carry an ordering fee, shown at checkout, which the restaurant pays to its online ordering provider. You see the full total before you pay.

Pickup

Orders are for pickup only, and pickup times are estimates.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

An order can't be changed or cancelled on this website once it is placed. To ask about one, contact us at (402) 274-6771.

Refunds are at the restaurant's discretion after the order has been accepted. That includes an order that is accepted but never collected: it has been made and paid for, and the restaurant may keep the payment.

Allergies

Menu descriptions may not list every ingredient, and we can't promise that any dish is free of an allergen. If you have a food allergy, contact us at (402) 274-6771 before you order. The order note is for collection instructions, not for changes to your food.

Text updates about your order

Text updates are optional and not required to order. If you tick the box for them at checkout, msgs about this order are sent by Antojo.ai, the online ordering platform that runs this website, for Memo's Taco Shop - Auburn, NE: when your order is received, accepted, ready, or can't be made. Up to 4 msgs per order. Message and data rates may apply. Each text ends "Powered by Antojo.ai" and comes from one number Antojo.ai uses for every restaurant it serves. Reply STOP to opt out: because every restaurant's order msgs come from that one number, a STOP stops order msgs to your phone from Memo's Taco Shop - Auburn, NE and from every other restaurant on Antojo.ai. Reply START to get them again, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your confirmation and order updates by email are part of your order, and they are sent whether or not you tick the box.

Rewards msgs

Memo's Taco Shop Rewards is our punch-card loyalty program. Joining is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You can join by ticking the box at checkout; by texting JOIN to our Rewards number and replying Y to confirm; by replying JOIN to a text our cashier sends at your request; or by replying JOIN to a one-time invitation sent to people who signed up at checkout before. By joining, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing msgs from Memo's Taco Shop - Auburn, NE at the number you provided: deals, reward reminders and store news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

These msgs come from the restaurant's own number, not the order-updates number. Reply STOP to cancel them: you get one text saying you have left, then no more texts from that number, and your order msgs are not affected. Reply JOIN to come back. Reply HELP for help, or write to us at owner@memostacoshop.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

If you save your birthday on your card page, we keep its month and day, not the year, to send you a birthday gift. How we handle your number and the rest of your Rewards details is in our Privacy Policy.

Rewards texts are sent from the restaurant's own number and run for us by Antojo.ai LLC, our online ordering provider.

Using this website

Please don't place an order you don't mean to pay for and collect, use a card you aren't allowed to use, or try to interfere with the website. We may decline orders that do.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Memo's Taco Shop - Auburn, NE is located.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms shown when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
